YOGA TRAINER FALAK NAAZ - In today’s fast-paced world, stress and anxiety have become common concerns for people of all ages. However, experts are turning to age-old practices like yoga for effective relief. According to Yoga Trainer Falak Naaz, regular yoga practice plays a significant role in reducing stress and anxiety through various scientifically backed mechanisms. Yoga’s physical postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) help relax the body by reducing physical tension. Meanwhile, mindfulness and meditation- integral parts of yoga- calm the mind and ease mental strain. Deep breathing techniques, such as alternate nostril breathing, further soothe the nervous system.
Studies also support yoga’s positive impact on the body’s chemistry. Regular practice is known to lower cortisol, the primary stress hormone, while increasing the levels of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter linked to calmness and mental clarity. Moreover, yoga boosts the release of endorphins, often referred to as “feel-good” hormones, enhancing overall mood. “Yoga doesn’t just provide temporary relief- it helps build long-term resilience to stress and anxiety,” said Falak Naaz. She encourages individuals to incorporate yoga into their daily routine to experience greater emotional balance and well-being. With increasing awareness about holistic health, yoga continues to prove itself as a powerful, natural solution for mental and emotional well being.
